About Us: Who is Janet Welborn?

Janet Welborn-The Person & The Pledge:

Life has shown me that TRUST is the foundation of all relationships! TREATING PEOPLE as you would want to be treated is the first building block of that TRUST.

I have been in the midst of all avenues of health care for most of my life from working in the Operating Room to the Home Health Care of your loved one. I have been present for family decisions, both life and death, regarding the health care of their loved one where there has been conflict and questions among all.

This is what I Pledge as the Fiduciary, the Protector of your loved one:

I pledge to act as an advocate, a facilitator and an educator in the best interest of my client. At the same time, I will be vigilant to sense the needs of my client, while posing the safest and independent environment as possible.

I pledge to search high and low to provide a service or a product that will go toward improving the quality of life for my client-a product or service that will put a smile on their face!

I pledge to instill an attitude of TRUST and RELIABILITY in my client and the family members through the continuity of care and the consistent actions of dedication.

I pledge to address each issue and provide a proactive approach to resolve or better that issue always with the family ideas in consideration.

THROUGHOUT, I will LISTEN to my client and strive to be steadfast in my SERVICE for the best interest of my client.
